Job Description Organization is seeking a detail-oriented and organized attorney with regulatory and policy experience to assist with a mix of assignments involving major DOT initiatives and programs, such as Vision Zero. The candidate should have significant direct experience with the New York City regulatory framework, including CAPA and rule drafting, as well as legislative drafting. The attorney will draft and review legislation; draft agency rules; provide counsel to the agency on policy matters; conduct legal research; prepare legal memoranda; and coordinate with various external agencies, including the Corporation Counsel, OATH, DOF, and NYPD.
