Legal Collections Specialist Duties: Work in a call center environment within our professional law office setting. Responsible for making outbound calls and taking inbound calls. Notify and/or locate consumers with delinquent accounts and attempt to secure payments. All consumers of clients are in the post-judgment, legal stage of collections; preparing files for additional legal action is an important responsibility in this role.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). 1+ Year of customer service, collections, call center, or legal experience. Excellent speaking, listening and customer service skills. Professional and personable demeanor over the phone. Knowledge of basic computer operation, including internet research and data entry. Type of 30 wpm with accuracy. Spanish speaking is a plus. A strong focus on customer service and learning paired with excellent technical skills please read on and apply to be considered.
