Continue with your hiring efforts. Probably need to work with a human resources recruiter to bring in additional staff more quickly.Pros : Agree with prior reviewer that this place is innovative and creative in its approach. The Firm supports its employees in their professional growth. I have worked at a lot of law firms and this firm is a really fun place to work compared to the typical stuffy law office environment. I disagree with the prior reviewer in that compensation for this firm is definitely competitive if you are good at your job. The firm focuses on results so those who can perform will definitely be rewarded. If you aren't good at your job then the firm doesn't fast track you so this is likely why the prior reviewer didn't experience growth or get an increase in pay.
