Senior Compliance Manager
Key Responsibilities: Become a subject matter expert in the operational processes and controls supporting DPS. Guide management in the development/review of applicable policies, procedures, and business practices based on a detailed understanding of sanctions regulations. Provide expertise on compliance requirements and risks to consider when onboarding a new business to company's DPS program. Ensure that best practices specific to sanctions regulations are shared across team members. Engage in frequent written and verbal communication with Director/VP level audiences to accomplish goals. Work on potential Merger & Acquisition (M&A) targets to complete due diligence reviews related to DPS and compliance ‘red flags’

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Should have 6+ years of industry experience with working with sanctions regulations, preferably on a global scale and within a legal framework. JD degree preferred. Global experience (program launches in multiple geographies simultaneously). Experience communicating with senior management (Director/VP-level decision-makers). Ability to turn complex compliance requirements into scalable compliance processes. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with demonstrated experience succeeding in a fast-paced team environment. High-level leadership and decision-making skills. Proven track record implementing quality programs with a spirit of continuous improvement. High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior leaders across functions including both business and technical teams.
