Review:

"Lots of Room for Advancement"

Current Employee - Reviewed on July 28, 2017

I think that the leadership team should spend more time getting to know the associates. This would help morale quite a bit and allow us to get clarification on some issues.

Pros : The training program here is great, and there is a lot of room for advancement. Those who want to climb the ladder can do so with ease.
Cons : The leadership team seems pretty disconnected from the rest of the firm. They don't spend a lot of time with associates and even though there is an open door policy, it still feels like I would be intruding if I were to try and take advantage of it.
