Legal Assistant for Manhattan Family / Matrimonial Law Firm The candidate Must have excellent written/communication skills and ability to draft a high volume of documents and letters. Must have excellent grammar and editing skills. Must be highly proficient in Word and Excel and tech savvy. Should have B.A./B.S. degree from an accredited institution is required-no exceptions. Previous experience working in an administrative role of 1-2 years is required. Law firm experience is preferred but not required. The candidate will be preparing, proof reading and drafting correspondence and legal documents. Will be scanning and maintenance of client files, paper and electronic. Answering client inquiries by phone and e-mail. Working with attorneys to update social media and assist in marketing.
