Associate Duties: Focus on Probate Administration, Litigation, Real Estate, and Business Law. Attend court hearings; both civil; criminal, and probate. Draft and respond to written discovery requests. Draft and respond to summary judgment motions, appellate briefs, and other complex filings. Make decisions as to how and when to do all of the above. Practice includes, general litigation, transactional related to Real Estate and Business formation and governance, and Probate and is misdemeanor criminal cases. Represent both plaintiffs and defendants.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Lawyers with 0-5 years of litigation and/or Probate experience. Must be really good at juggling multiple projects at the same time and doing so effectively without having to be micromanaged. Attention to detail is so superb that no micromanagement of your projects is required. A project management master so we don’t have to think about projects and whether they are getting done or getting done right. Will impress every client with both demeanor and skills.
