The role involves working with corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, and their portfolio companies on mid-cap and top-tier transactions. Ideal candidates should have borrower-side representation experience, particularly with private equity sponsors or general company-side representation.

Location:

Duties:

• Represent borrowers in private credit, acquisition finance, and leveraged finance transactions.
• Work closely with private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers.
• Handle a high volume of mid-cap and top-tier financial transactions.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information.
• Adhere to legal and firm policies regarding client information protection.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance.
• Strong preference for candidates with borrower-side representation experience.
• Experience working with private equity sponsors or general company-side representation.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in the jurisdiction of employment.
