ProfileSenior Paralegal The candidate will evaluate and create company business processes, refining as needed for Legal and cross-functional business collaboration. Will identify, develop, implement and maintain an effective contracts administration/management system. Ensure compliance is tied to signature authority and seamless contract execution. Create a system to ensure ongoing awareness of and operation to contract provisions, including but not limited to surfacing , calendaring and managing to timely renewals or terminations. Communicate any contract changes to the Legal team. Establish and maintain a database for corporate records, including, company policies, procedures and legal filing system. Create and maintain litigation matrix and reporting. Gather documentation for and respond to third party subpoenas and other requests. Assist with implementation and completion of employee online trainings. Serve as a knowledge expert on company policies and procedures. Review and negotiate to form Nondisclosure Agreements (NDA) and Consulting Agreements. Partner with Human Resources to ensure company-wide HR compliance including but not limited to:. Personnel records are identified and properly maintained. Filing is accurate and current. Special projects as assigned. Experience with stock and cap table administration a plus. Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college or university is needed. Should have 1+ year of experience in contract administration. Experience establishing and managing a contract administration system is needed. In-house and start-up experience is a plus.
