Legal Assistant Duties: Provides the opportunity to manage both pre-litigation and litigation cases. Provide support to many teams and departments across the Firm. Assist assist during short term or long term absences, and he/she will provide support as needed for special projects. Managing the day-to-day critical tasks on cases, supporting clients, and working alongside Attorneys to seek the best results for deserving clients. Will include regular client communication; organization and analysis of medical records, accident reports, and other relevant documents; utilization of the case management program; and collaboration with internal departments. Will also provide coverage when needed in our Intake Department.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate must have 3+ years of experience in personal injury law as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal. Must have experience handling personal injury cases as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal. Experience with a case management program is a requirement. A positive, team player mindset and flexibility are critical traits for our Floater Team members. Superior customer service skills, professionalism, and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position. Knowledge of legal terminology and principles as well as good computer skills are required for this role.
Successful candidates will be very organized, reliable, and able to prioritize and work to meet deadlines.
