Legal Assistant/Paralegal,Part-time Candidate will focus on business litigation, real estate litigation, and probate litigation. Perform front desk office duties by answering phone calls, responding to emails and inquiries, and scheduling and coordinating hearings, depositions, and meetings. Utilize case management system. Organize e-service emails and case files. Assist attorney in organizing case files, drafting documents to be filed with court, preparing for hearings, trials, and meetings.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Should have excellent organizational skills, be trustworthy, dependable, and be able to work efficiently with the ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly. A person with an interest for small business entrepreneurship and prior experience as a paralegal or legal assistant is preferred. Ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly. Works independently and efficiently. Exceptional verbal, written, and organizational skills. Trustworthy and honest person. Must be a Notary Public or become one upon commencement of employment.
Schedule: 20-30 hours per week
