Assistant General Counsel The candidate responsibilities of the position are to provide legal support and guidance related to litigation, investigations, ethics, compliance with federal, state and local laws, regulations and policies, and handle other matters in the General Counsel’s Office as may be assigned. Must possess a J.D. from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice law in New York State and have at least 3 years of relevant legal experience. Will have strong legal research and writing skills, a working knowledge of the legislative process, and familiarity with New York City and State law. Should have ability to rapidly prioritize as well as execute while exhibiting good judgment.
