ProfileContracts Administrator/Legal Assistant Duties: Be the point person (with oversight from in-house counsel) to process non-revenue generating agreements such as NDAs, marketing, and other vendor contracts from the initial request through execution. Create and maintain files for customer and vendor contracts (both soft and hard files). Provide general administrative and legal support to the Contracts/Legal team to further company objectives. Assist in-house counsel with updating and creating standard form agreements. Possibly develop, lead and manage a tracking system for all contracts, from beginning to end. Qualification and Experience
Requirements: BA/BS or equivalent from a 4-year university. 3-5 years' contracts management experience; in-house legal experience and software/SaaS or other technology industry experience are a real plus. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Familiarity with some of the following: Salesforce, DocuSign, Adobe Sign, Apttus, Google apps, and/or Box. Be a team player.
