Complex Litigation Staff Attorney The candidate will represent low-income and senior clients in complex litigation. Will be assisting to identify systemic problems for our communities and develop strategies to address issues. Leading complex litigation in both state and federal courts. Provide high quality legal representation to clients in accordance with firm’s Advocacy Manual and Rules of Professional Conduct. Identify, develop, and implement advocacy strategies to address systemic legal problems. Litigate complex litigation in state and federal courts. Participate in client outreach and community organizations. Ensure compliance with funding requirements. Must have Juris Doctor degree and admission to Michigan Bar. Should have 3+ years of experience in litigation. Experience with complex litigation in state and federal courts is required.
