Paralegal The candidate performs legal support work pertaining to the administration of trusts and estates. Prepares accountings related to trust and estate administration and estate and other tax returns. Resolves routine legal questions relating to estate and tax issues. Assists in preparing legal documents, agreements and deeds. Meets with clients, court personnel and others, as needed. Should preferably have Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant estates/trusts experience. Prior experience in a law firm, trust department, or accounting firm is desired. Must have familiarity with trust and estates accountings.
