Duties

• Provide expert legal advocacy for clients throughout workers compensation proceedings
• Conduct detailed research and analyze complex legal issues
• Develop and implement strategic plans to effectively address clients' needs
• Fully engage in hearings, settlement negotiations, and foster strong client relationships
• Collaborate with legal professionals to gather evidence, prepare cases, and strengthen clients' positions

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in workers compensation law
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and attention to detail

Education

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active member of the California State Bar
