Duties
- Work closely with the litigation team on cases involving personal injury, medical malpractice, construction, and business disputes in Missouri and Kansas, primarily on the plaintiff’s side.
- Handle all aspects of litigation from case evaluation to trial, including motions, hearings, and depositions.
- Take on lead and supporting roles in litigation, ensuring the timely and successful progression of cases.
- Engage in pre-suit evaluation, discovery, and trial, under the guidance of senior attorneys.
- Participate in strategy development for client cases and collaborate effectively with the team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience.
- Active member of the Missouri and/or Kansas bar.
- Proven courtroom experience, including handling motions, hearings, and depositions.
- Experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, construction litigation, or business disputes is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Admission to the Missouri and/or Kansas bar.
