Paralegal The candidate will work with the Products Support Legal (PLS) team to assist in contract execution, management, and review of standard IP license agreements such as inbound software license agreements, end user license agreements, service descriptions, and other product-related agreements. Will monitor the status of contract review and execution, including supporting the contract approval and signature process. Manage the PLS team’s contract management system. Provide administrative and reporting support around executed agreements. Help drive PLS team initiatives, including the design of legal support processes, contract programs, and templates, and the use of technologies to increase efficiencies. Serve as a primary contact responsible for reviewing and responding to e-mail questions directed to the PLS mailboxes. Assist in developing reports, presentations, and training regarding the product release process and IP licensing; draft basic legal documents using templates; and organize/maintain databases and legal files. Assist with other projects and workflows as needed, including PLS team operations. Interact with all facets of the organization and contributing to PLS team projects. Must have excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills with computer fluency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. Should have either a BA/BS or AA with related course work towards Paralegal Certification. Paralegal certification preferred. College degree is required. English Read Write Speak is needed. Must have 4+ years paralegal or contract management experience in a corporate legal department or a law firm. Prior experience with a publicly traded company is preferred.
