Litigation Paralegal/Senior Litigation Paralegal Candidate must have : Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with strong academic credentials.3 years of experience working in a law firm or legal department handling litigation. Exceptional attention to detail and deadlines; Professional, self-disciplined, efficient, and capable of working independently; Willingness to work in a non-traditional law office setting and adapt to different client procedures; Capable and comfortable with supporting attorneys and agents who may be located remotely; Excellent at multi-tasking with the ability to diligently manage and organize priorities; Familiarity with legal search engines such as Lexis/Nexis; Familiarity with the electronic Court filing system in Utah; Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment; Strong writing, typing and editing skills; Excellent written and oral communication skills; and Ability to review and maintain docket.
