A law firm seeks a skilled Residential Real Estate Attorney to join its team in Georgia. This position provides an exciting opportunity for an attorney with at least two years of experience in residential real estate law. The successful candidate will be working with a variety of clients including investors, builders, developers, realtors, brokers, lenders, buyers, and sellers to facilitate the smooth completion of real estate transactions.

Duties:

  • Provide legal support for residential real estate transactions, including sales, purchases, and financing.
  • Advise clients on real estate matters, including title issues, contract disputes, and closing procedures.
  • Perform title reviews and resolve title issues efficiently.
  • Assist clients in navigating the complexities of property law and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met.
  • Communicate with various parties involved in transactions, including brokers, lenders, and legal teams.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate real estate documents such as contracts, purchase agreements, and disclosures.
  • Represent clients in property-related legal matters and provide counsel throughout the process.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in residential real estate law.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Exceptional client service orientation and ability to manage expectations effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Expertise in title review and resolution processes.
  • Proficiency in computer and technical tools used in real estate practice.
  • Licensed to practice law in Georgia.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Georgia (Required).

  • Expertise in residential real estate transactions and title matters.
  • Ability to manage complex legal matters and multiple clients.
