Washington, . office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a junior insurance coverage litigation associate attorney with 2-4 years of litigation experience and some experience with insurance litigation, and proven analytic ability. The candidate will be drafting complex case evaluations, drafting pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents. Will be working on all aspects of litigation from inception through trial and appeal where relevant. Conducting legal research and writing memoranda. Conducting, propounding, and responding to discovery (documents, written discovery, depositions). Working with clients, witnesses, experts, and other counsel. Analyzing insurance coverage and extra-contractual disputes, including drafting coverage opinions or other coverage analyses. Federal District Court or Appellate clerkship is a plus. Must be admitted to the District of Columbia Bar and be in good standing, or eligible to waive in. Should have excellent academic credentials. Possesses superior organizational and time-management skills. Must have excellent interpersonal, networking, and business development skills.
