Client Advisor II The candidate will responsible for new business development, relationship management and providing financial guidance and expertise to existing and prospective Wealth Management and Old National Bank clients. Serving as a relationship manager and financial advisor, is the primary driver of sales for all Wealth Management services in the organization including Personal Trust, Investment Management, Individual Retirement Accounts, Retirement Plans, Endowments and Foundations, and Financial and Estate Planning services. Effectively cultivate and maintain High Net Worth individual and Institutional client relationships. This include to, conducting regular meetings with clients to review pertinent financial information, engaging product specialists in client meetings and service delivery as needed and continuing to understand the needs of the client as their needs change and evolve. Serve as a trusted financial advisor and expert to prospective clients. Prospect and generate new Wealth Management fee-based business through all available means including referrals, networking, reviews of existing book and opportunities, cold calling, client entertainment, etc. Regularly review financial reports and client results for both service and sales opportunities. Maintain up to date knowledge of Wealth Management service offerings, changing legislation and current industry trends and practices and utilizing those as a part of the relationship management process. Refer business opportunities to other business units where applicable including banking, brokerage, cash management, insurance and all others.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate Should have Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or related field. CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, or JD preferred. Must have 5+ years of related experience with successful results. Must be able to travel off site to clients and stay overnight as needed. Must possess strong sales, communication and presentation skills and abilities. Must possess sound knowledge of industry and ability to stay up-to-date with changing practices. Should have knowledge and understanding of investment, tax and estate planning concepts and the ability to discuss these concepts with clients and prospective clients Must possess strong relationship management skills.
