Law Clerk 1 The candidate will perform research and administrative functions for multiple judges. Knowledge of substantive and procedural law and statutes applicable to the jurisdiction of the district court. Ability to interact with the public, judges, attorneys, and government officials in a variety of situations and circumstances. Ability to formulate and express ideas on complex technical and legal subjects clearly and concisely, orally and in writing. Graduation from an accredited law school is required.
