Child Support Vicinages Assistance Manager The candidate will be managing a range of services in support of the Judiciary's Child Support Enforcement Program. Will be developing and overseeing technical assistance programs at the vicinages to assess and enhance current practices, including the development of procedures and delivery of training. Coordinating and responding to formal audits with the Department of Human Services to promote compliance with Federal Title IV-D regulations. Overseeing the review of management reports and supervising the efforts in assisting vicinage staff. Supervising the planning and implementation of new improvements, initiatives and enforcement techniques. Providing technical assistance to Judges, senior managers, vicinage staff and others regarding child support. Interpreting Federal regulations and laws applicable to court agencies entitled to Federal Financial Participation. Performing other related duties as required. Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of professional administrative and/or program management experience; 3+ of which shall have included responsibility for program development and/or implementation and the achievement of program goals.
