Lending/Not-for-Profit Mid-Level Associate

We are seeking to hire an associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our active Lending/Not-for-Profit Practice Groups. The ideal candidate should have:

Extensive experience representing institutional and non-institutional lenders in sophisticated loan transactions, including equipment & transportation, real estate lending, ABL, syndications, Mezz loans and unsecured credit facilities secured by Real Estate.
Experience structuring and negotiating business combinations and transactions, including familiarity with not-for-profit corporate matters and transactions.
Experience preparing due diligence checklists and reviewing due diligence items, including entity formalism and governance documents is required.
Excellent drafting and negotiating skills, the ability to effectively communicate with clients and counsel in a timely manner, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team when needed.
Experience with SBA lending is a plus.
