Legal Assistant
The candidate will do document & spreadsheet management. Do proofreading contracts for common redline clauses such as mutual indemnification, dispute resolution locale, proper company name and DBA. Draft email communications and reports. Provide day-to-day support for Managers, as required. Research & investigation of regulatory and governance (domestic and international). Do drafting legal documents such as SOPs, memos to file
Trademark & patent tracking. Other duties as assigned.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should preferably have an Associate's degree. Should have 1-3 years of Paralegal or Legal Administrative Assistant experience. Should have proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote). Familiarity with a clinical trial, legal, & regulatory terminology is strongly preferred. Should have strong written and oral communication skills, ability to learn new software solutions quickly. Smartsheet, SharePoint and Deltek Vision familiarity is preferred. Familiarity with legal terminology is preferred.
