Legal Administrative Assistant- Regulatory The candidate will be responsible for: Managing corporate calendars, complex travel (including international) and scheduling engagements. Organizing, monitoring and maintaining all email correspondences in a timely manner. Collaborating effectively and efficiently with Legal Support Staff, Marketing & Billing departments. Facilitating timely processing, tracking, and delivery of clients bills. Prioritizing incoming and pending work based on existing matters and practice objectives. Maintaining electronic and physical files.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate will demonstrate: 5+ yearsâ€™ experience; law firm experience preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and database/internet research skills. Experience with Worksite/Filesite document management system. A typing speed of 55 WPM. Superb attention to detail, grammar, and punctuation, and the ability to articulate thoughts and effectively present new ideas and findings. Ability to interact with clients demonstrating a commitment to service excellence. Strong writing skills, including proven ability to effectively organize and present information in various formats.
