Patent Legal Assistant Responsibilities: Assisting in the preparation and processing of new applications, amendments and other filings in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Other responsibilities include preparing correspondence, billing procedures, and performing other administrative duties for which attention to detail and good English language skills are necessary.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience as an Administrative Legal Assistant. The candidate should have a proven record and the ability to lend administrative support in a number of patent and trademark areas.
