Bilingual (Mandarin / English) Legal Assistant Responsibilities: Support paralegals in completing immigration forms and supporting documentation. Assist attorneys in client meetings (note-taking and translating from English / Spanish). Perform basic legal research. Perform client follow-ups and collect biographical information. Assist in immigration filings and deadlines. Draft and write legal memos. Input notes and track tasks in Clio.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree. Demonstrated interest in immigration law a plus. Fluent in Mandarin and English. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products (including MS Word and MS Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experienced with maintaining confidential and sensitive information. Excellent team player. Excellent attention to detail. Takes initiative and has pride in his/her own work.
