Duties
- Provide exceptional legal representation while managing a high-volume caseload.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research, draft legal documents, and offer sound legal advice on regulatory and legal risks.
- Negotiate with opposing counsel to achieve favorable resolutions in cases.
- Represent clients in court hearings and proceedings across North Carolina.
- Work closely with senior attorneys to ensure proper reporting of legal activities and outcomes.
Requirements
- Active law license in North Carolina (required).
- 0-3 years of experience in bankruptcy, collections, or civil litigation is preferred.
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to additional states (., GA, SC, TN, FL, VA, MD, MI, OH) or passing the Uniform Bar Exam (UBE) is a plus.
- Strong research, writing, and oral communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Education
- Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
