Judicial Law Clerk The Law Clerk will be researching and drafting orders and opinions on a broad range of both civil and criminal issues. Law Clerk will be researching and drafting memos on issues which require either immediate or extensive review by the Judge. Supervising law students interning for credit with Judge's chambers. Acting as liaison between the Judge's chambers and counsel. Participating as a consultant to the Judge in pre-trial, trial and post-trial proceedings as well as conferences and settlements of civil and criminal matters. Preparing and inputting summaries of all Dauphin County cases into an internal computer system to be used for research purposes. A three-year law degree, plus admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required. Good written communication, research and computer skills are also necessary. Deadline : 06/25/2018.
