Paralegal / Office Manager The candidate will assist and provide a broad range of legal support and administration to the attorney engaged in the noted practice areas. Will handle files from opening to closing. Will organize and analyze information. Cross-check and validate information with attention to detail and eye for accuracy. Should have 3+ years of experience in administrative support, corporate, real estate, and estate planning areas of practice. File court documents. Prepare correspondence. Check legal forms and documents for accuracy. Organize and track files. Interact with clients. Schedule meetings. Maintain attorney calendar. Project Management/Ownership. Associates degree or ABA approved certificate program in paralegal studies, Bachelor’s degree is a plus. Knowledge of legal terminology is needed. Previous experience in a law firm is essential. Relevant computer knowledge is essential. Proficient in using MS Office, Quickbooks are needed. Must have strong communication skills.
