Legal Assistant - Subrogation The candidate duties will include: Provide administrative support to lawyers and enhance office effectiveness; Prepare basic legal documents and correspondence; Handle communication with clients, witnesses and experts; Answer and direct phone calls; Maintain Attorney calendars; Monitor Deadlines; Manage E-service email and direct documents to Attorneys; Document review and organization; E-File, E-Serve and E-Courtesy legal documents. Must have proven working experience as legal assistant or legal secretary. Should have familiarity with the law, legal procedures and protocols and court system. Computer Literacy is required.
