Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will handle defense of agency charges of discrimination, lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and advice and counseling involving similar issues. Will advise and train employers on a wide range of employment laws and regulations, including anti-discrimination laws. Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in a broad range of employment matters, including discrimination, wage-hour, contract, employment tort, and restrictive covenant cases. Must have JD degree from Accredited Law School. Should have 3-5 years of experience. Significant experience in workplace law and employment litigation defending discrimination charges and lawsuits required. Must have New York Bar Admission. Should have understanding of current state and federal court and agency procedures.
