I would like to see us spend more time away from the firm and have mandated time in which we go out and do fun things together after work. I feel like the work environment is too serious for me a lot of the time, which really puts a strain on me.Pros : I love this firm, we really care about our clients and I have seen my attorneys time and time again go above the call of duty in regards to helping out their client's in their cases.
