Summer Law School Intern The intern will work closely with the circuit mediators, preparing for and attending mediations. Duties may include: reviewing and analyzing cases; conducting legal research; writing mediation memoranda; assisting with statistical analysis; and communicating with appellate counsel. Will have the opportunity to attend oral arguments and observe the workings of the Second Circuit. Must be in good academic standing, possess excellent research and writing skills, have taken a mediation course or be involved in a mediation program, and be able to work independently. Must be able to work starting from June 2020 until August 2020. Closing Date: April 1, 2020.
