Junior Manager The candidate will assist Team Member Services with hiring, onboarding, termination, government reporting obligations, benefit analytics, open-enrollment, and other processes necessary to provide a high level of service to the team members. Will plan and execute major and minor transitions of new and existing contract work, as well as handle terminations due to execution turnover or the loss of incumbent business. Collaborate with other members of TMS to improve the Employee Experience throughout the company, and ensure the proper configuration, operation, and updates for the recruiting, hiring, and personnel managements systems. Maintain personnel records, including unemployment and workers’ comp claims. Archive performance records. Work closely with other Team Member Services members to coordinate employee experience programs and policies. Assist with planning, execution, and training for hiring, ongoing personnel activities, and termination activities, as well as support the Director of Employment Law with improvements to existing systems and processes. Work with a range of internal customers to ensure company policies are responsive, efficient, compliant, and adhered to across the Corporation. Administer and track full range of leaves of absence, including FMLA, ADA, and Parental Leave. Participate in compliance and benefits-related audits, and ensure maintenance of meticulous audit records. Analyze and oversee implementation of Income Withholding Orders, National Medical Support Orders, and Garnishment Summons. Work with Director of Employee Experience to prepare and execute government-mandated personnel reporting (VETS-4212, EEO-1, 1095C, PCORI, etc.).

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should preferably have a Professional Human Resources-International Certification. A Paralegal or legal assistant background desired. Knowledge of G-Suite products required. Ultipro Human Capital Management system experience essential. SHRM or PHR certification within one year of hire date needed. A demonstrated understanding of current and emerging human resources and benefits related requirements especially for Federal regulations and in States where Odyssey does a significant amount of business (California, Colorado, Florida and Massachusetts) essential.
