Claims Coverage Attorney The candidate will research and consult with, and render legal opinions to, members of the Claims Department regarding insurance policy questions and issues concerning the legal aspects of the handling of Property/Casualty and Auto claims. Must have Bachelor’s Degree, JD degree, and member in good standing of a State Bar. Should have 5 years of claims litigation and/or lawyer auditing experience, including handling matters of moderate to great financial significance and/or complexity with minimum supervision, or comparable outside legal experience. Must preferably have 7+ years of insurance coverage experience, with experience in Auto and/or General Liability coverage. Personal Lines Auto and/or General Liability experience preferred. Policy interpretation experience a must.
