Associate - M&A
The candidate should have 4-7 years of relevant experience, particularly in one or more of the areas of public and private company mergers and acquisitions, private equity buyouts, asset sales, tender and exchange offers, and other strategic transactions. Preferred candidates would have experience as a lead associate on M&A transactions, with experience drafting definitive transaction agreements and managing all other aspects of a strategic transaction. Superior academic credentials and/or law firm experience and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills are required.
