Legal Assistant/Paralegal Duties: Work with attorney to prepare and file employment-based matters (e.g., labor certifications, I-140/485s, I-129 H/L/Os, J-1 waivers, TNs, etc.), a few family-based matters, interact with clients, and draft supporting letters and forms. Engage in short research projects, interact with government agencies, and provide administrative support.

Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor's degree together with strong writing and analytical skills, strong organizational skills, fluency in Microsoft Office, and meticulous attention to detail. A collaborative, fast-paced work environment involving balancing multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail. Interest or experience in immigration preferred. Requires a detail-oriented, focused, and driven individual with case management aptitude as well as strong writing, organization, and computer skills.
