Intellectual Property Counsel The candidate will be responsible for all legal aspects of Firm’s Intellectual Property. Will be implementing Firm’s IP strategy, program, and policies in a cross-functional team environment for Firm’s Advanced TecFremont-based Etch Product Group. Reporting to the Senior Director in charge of IP for the Etch Product Group. Collaborating with other members of the Legal team in varying context to address IP issues. Managing Firm’s patent applications for the business organization in the US and internationally. Occasional adversarial - litigation, oppositions, etc. - work including risk assessments and IP evaluation.
