Patent Prosecution Legal Assistant The candidate will be responsible for: preparing and filing documents with the United States Patent and Trademark Office; communicating with clients and foreign attorneys; maintaining physical and digital files; managing attorney dockets. 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited university and 2-3 years of work experience in an office environment are required. Previous law firm experience and/or paralegal certification are preferred. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat is required.
