Temporary Business Immigration Paralegal
The candidate will prepare a wide variety of business-based non-immigrant petitions (H-1B, TN, L-1, etc.) and immigrant petitions (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, etc). Work on the PERM application process with corporate clients. Work closely with attorneys to provide comprehensive immigration services to clients and their employees and families including: preparing applications, responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs), and ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Compile and maintain records of immigration forms, documentation, and case records on behalf of corporate client's employees. Review immigration regulations and apply them to various case scenarios. Perform independent and reliable research for attorneys using all available immigration research tools. Should have 2+ years of experience as a business immigration paralegal. Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills are required. Working knowledge of personal computer and high level of proficiency in all MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook) is needed. Knowledge of LawLogix EDGE case management software is a plus.
