Immigration Specialist The candidate will execute on high volumes of U.S. immigration case status, potential additional available options, including displacement or transfer strategies, by working closely with employees, their managers and HRBPs, external counsel, and other leaders on the immigration team. Serve as a point of contact to provide holistic and consultative services on available immigration options, internal guidelines, and/or education on new or changing policies. Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement to ensure scalability. Continually update immigration resources (FAQs, intranet content, communications) to promote self-service. Work with others on the immigration team to support large scale projects, including writing or deploying communications, executing case filing strategies with outside immigration partners, providing dashboards to stakeholders on a project or program progress. Must have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (such as HR, MBA). Should have 5+ years of high volume U.S. immigration experience, either within a law firm (such as a supervising paralegal or managing attorney with responsibility for immigration petition preparation/filings) or in-house with a heavy emphasis on consultative services, program management, and/or continuous improvement. Experience identifying and resolving complex issues, assuming leadership roles in unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances – a solid sense of accountability, and sound personal judgment. Excellent written and verbal communications.
