Senior Corporate Counsel Duties: Expert in all aspects of antitrust and trade regulation. Experience with advising and counseling on competition aspects of social media and e-business. Experience in general commercial law and drafting and negotiating related documents, including purchase and sale terms and conditions and supply, consulting, services, confidentiality, development, government, and other commercial contracts. Experience with providing advice and counsel on matters relating to: Warranties, advertising and consumer product claims. Social media and e-business. Legal requirements for the manufacture and sale of consumer products. Regulatory matters and monitor applicable legislative developments. Experience in preparing and presenting legal compliance/education/training program.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Law degree and satisfaction of requirements for professional practice. 10+ years of relevant practice experience. Practical, business oriented approach to problem solving, complemented by an appreciation of legal complexity and risk. Work with the highest level of ethics and integrity.
