Paralegal 3 Duties: Will be responsible for handling issues and documentation involving leasing, purchase and sale agreements, and project and premises management. Will focus mainly on drafting various legal documents, including , real estate leases and related documents, legal research projects, but may also include preparing estoppels and SNDA agreements, under the direction and supervision of an attorney.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: 6+ years of paralegal experience. 3+ years of focused practice in a concentrated area of law. Desired: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills. Strong research skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment. Ability to work independently, proactively, innovatively, and creatively while exercising sound judgment. Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills Real estate experience (especially in commercial leasing). Experience preparing and revising real estate leases and related documents. Four year college degree or paralegal degree/certificate or relevant business experience. Strong understanding of commercial real estate documents, contracts, estoppels, SNDAs. Excellent drafting and analytical skills with a high attention to detail. Must have a strong understanding of commercial real estate documents, contracts, estoppels, SNDAs, and related documents. Must have strong client-relations, interpersonal, written, and oral communication and analytic skills, be able to learn quickly and adapt to new issues as they arise, while having the ability to work in a complex environment requiring a high degree of collaboration.
