Litigation Legal Assistant The candidate responsibilities will include: Scheduling; Maintaining calendars; Maintain court dockets and rosters; Document management and analysis for large cases; Preparation and service of subpoenas and other discovery requests; Preparation of pleadings and discovery responses; Preparation of routine status reports to clients or national counsel; Electronic filings/ECF with Federal Court. Must have 3+ yearsâ€™ experience working in a law firm. Should have thorough understanding of the litigation process. Knowledge of court and administrative hearing rules and procedures is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook, etcâ€¦ and other legal software applications is needed. Professional demeanor, excellent communication and computer skills is must.
