Business and Estate Planning Attorney The candidate will work directly with agents and apply advanced markets solutions to individual client needs as it related to estate planning, tax planning, retirement planning, business planning and charitable planning. Identify, research and develop advanced market strategies and concepts by leveraging industry meetings, subject matter experts, industry journals, trade publications, tax rulings and legislation. Present advanced marketing concepts and strategies to agents and NLG internal partners. Ensure that advanced marketing materials and advanced marketing programs are following all applicable federal and state laws. Author articles on advanced marketing concepts. Consult with internal partners on product/ rider designs as well as sales concepts. J.D. degree is required from an accredited law school and admitted to the Bar in at least one state. Should have 3+ years of Advanced Markets experience. Strong technical knowledge and experience in Advanced Markets, including taxation, estate, retirement, and business planning expertise is required.
