Corporate Counsel
The counsel will support the legal and compliance needs of company and will be relied upon to guide legal efforts on a variety of challenging projects, with a focus on commercial contracts. Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, including sophisticated commercial transactions, working with cross-functional teams. Provide practical legal advice and support on corporate and commercial matters in a fast-paced environment. Participate in the development and implementation of compliance programs. Assist the General Counsel and Senior Corporate Counsel in a variety of legal projects and transactions.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate must hold a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, and Bar member with 5+ years of relevant experience. Experience in reviewing, drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts required. Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills required. Flexible team player with integrity and exceptional interpersonal skills needed. Excellent oral and written communication skills must. Sound business judgment with the ability to be proactive and capable of recognizing priorities among multiple assignments.
