Who are we looking for?

SIFT is looking for experienced eDiscovery Project Managers.  First and foremost, a Project Manager at SIFT is a Deliverable Manager.  The ideal candidate can effectively manage client expectations and demands, delivering on time, every time.  Candidates must thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment, where creativity, initiative, and passion are rewarded.  We all work together to achieve our clients’ objectives—no job is too big or too small, for anyone.

Candidates should have experience with all aspects of the EDRM.  Administrative certifications or equivalent experience on a major review platform is preferred.  Experience with large enterprise data collections a plus.  SIFT uses whatever technology makes sense for its clients and currently has data centers with IPRO ADD, Relativity Server, and RelOne.  Clientele is primarily in the healthcare/medical industry.  This is a remote position.

Day to day, what would you be doing at SIFT?

  • True project management, determining client needs and budget, allocating available resources, and completing projects on time and under budget.
  • Support clients in the administration and management of ESI workflows, from handling the collection and ingestion of ESI into our data centers, through review and production.
  • Manage internal and external use of SFTP, Sharefile, Medial Shuttle, etc. to securely move data while maintaining chain of custody.
  • Provide front-line assistance and end-user training to customers that utilize our eDiscovery review platforms (e.g., Relativity, RelOne, IPRO ADD).
  • Assist clients with the creation of complex searches, batches, and the use of analytical tools, such as email threading and near-text deduplication.
  • Create productions and exports for delivery to clients.
  • Perform quality control at all stages of the eDiscovery workflow, including insuring accuracy and accessibility of processed data and running imaging and productions in formats required by clients.
  • Track, manage, and document eDiscovery requests to completion.
  • Update and follow workflow processes and protocols to maintain standardized service.
  • Provide written client reports on the status of collection, processing, review, and productions.

Requirements:

  • Requires 1–3 years of professional experience in litigation support (law firm or vendor) and at least 1 year of experience on the administrative side of eDiscovery tools, such as IPRO, Relativity, Disco, Everlaw, etc.
  • IPRO or Relativity Administrator experience a plus, but not required. SIFT will support any PMs willing to become certified as an IPRO Enterprise Administrator or Relativity administrator.
  • Knowledge of the EDRM lifecycle and the litigation workflow.
  • Project management degrees or certifications a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially written, with the ability to clearly present technical information to non-technical clients and users.
  • Ability to work independently and to communicate with team when assistance is needed to meet client deadlines.
  • Strong technical skills, including in the use of SFTP, Sharefile, Microsoft Office (Excel, lots of Excel), and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Other technical skills that are strongly preferred include experience in the use of machine learning in the eDiscovery process, such as TAR and CAL.

Everyone Loves LawCrossing

LawCrossing is fantastic! When I am looking for a job, it is the first place I come to. The service is very good and I enjoyed the emails. LawCrossing has more jobs and it is more tailored. Other sites gave a lot of irrelevant results. Your site may have a great algorithm, but it felt like an actual person choosing jobs they felt would be good based on my search. I will always recommend this site!
